Using these beans in a Simonelli Musica to pore espresso really didnt work so well. The espresso by itself and on milk both left quite a bitter and unpleasant after taste. I have had amazing Ugandan coffee previously from another roastery and found Ugandan coffee particularly good for espresso. This one was not unfortunately.
I tried it a few times. It was billed as fruity, bright acidity and smooth.. but for me it was bitter all the way.
I got to be honest, I totally underestimated the quality of output from these beans... phenomenal, a true underdog !! 8/10 for me, the coffee is smooth and I mostly use a pour over, I usually let my coffee rest till 60C before the first sip and boy oh boy the texture !!! Try this to know it
