Max Perez, a third generation coffee farmer from Huehuetenengo, grew up on his family’s coffee farms. Coffee runs deep in his blood and this shines through the amazing coffee he produces. His meticulous attention to detail brings out nuanced flavours not often found in Guatemalan coffees. This particular micro-lot is processed as a yellow honey, giving it a smooth texture and loads of sweetness. Expect notes of Roasted pecan, milk chocolate, and honey in the cup.
