As the seasons change and new crops grow, so too do the flavour profiles of the coffees we buy. This year our Jolly Roger is made up of three distinctive coffees; two from Ethiopia and one from Brazil. We have combined the sweet fruit qualities of the two Ethiopians, allowing their sweetness to shine in the first sip. The Brazilian adds a rich chocolate note, smoothing out the fruits into a delicious syrupy espresso. The Jolly Roger is sure to start your mornings right way.
