This Geisha was produced by Creativa Coffee District (CCD), a cooperative specializing in helping farmers process their coffee. This particular nano-lot, Nano 27, was farmed Ruben Viera, a 71-year-old coffee producer in Boquete. His farm is seven hectares in size, currently cultivating 7,500 coffee trees. This Nano 27 Geisha lot was processed in CCD's trademark "Static Cherry" Fermentation. This is often a shorter fermentation style, resulting in a sweeter and more vibrant cup profile. As a result expect notes of stone fruit, berries, stone fruit and florals in the cup.
