Coffee consumption hits two-decade high
The following are some of the most important NCDT findings:
- Consumption of specialty coffee has reached a five-year high. 43 percent of coffee drinkers pick specialty coffee, up 20% from January 2021.
- The most popular coffee beverages in America are cappuccinos and lattes, which are closely followed by plain espresso and cafe mocha.
- A drip coffee maker is used by 41% of coffee drinkers, followed by single-cup systems (27%), cold brewing (9%), and espresso machines (9%).
