Refund policy

In Summary

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, and are available where the item is defective or not as advertised.

Coffee Beans

Because beans are sold for human consumption and have a narrow "Best By" period, we cannot accommodate refunds or returns on beans under the normal course of business. Customers are responsible for checking their cart and all details before placing an order.

If coffee beans arrive defective or not as advertised, you have 7 days from receipt to request a return and refund.

Under no circumstances can ground beans be returned.

Coffee Machines and Equipment

Every brand we sell comes with a manufacturer or authorised-distributor warranty, normally 1 year. If you buy equipment from BeanBurds, you are covered — we only work with partners who stand behind their products.

Warranty repairs and manufacturing issues are carried out by the authorised UAE distributor for that brand, as they hold the genuine parts and certified technicians. BeanBurds does not perform repairs directly.

What we do guarantee is that you will never be left to chase it alone. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will act on your behalf with the distributor and stay involved until you have the support you need.

Outside the 7-day window below, equipment is not eligible for refund after purchase.

If equipment arrives defective or not as advertised, you have 7 days from receipt to request a return and refund.

Exceptions

In the unlikely event that an incorrect order is sent, BeanBurds will accommodate the return and exchange of products for the correct items. The seal of the product must be intact and undamaged, and such cases must be notified to BeanBurds within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Process

To arrange a return or exchange, please reach out to BeanBurds customer service through any available channel and we will arrange it. The cost will not be borne by the customer.
