Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use xPods?

No. xPods carry the roaster's recipe over NFC, but the Studio grinds and brews any whole bean you put in it, and you can set your own recipe on the machine.

What is the difference between the three modes?

Autopilot brews a saved recipe start to finish. Copilot lets you adjust as it goes. Free Solo hands you full manual control of grind, water and pour.

Should I get the Enterprise instead?

One or two cups a day and you want a choice of six finishes: Studio. Several cups a day, guests often, or you want TiCN-coated burrs, the commercial heater and the tea brewer included: Enterprise.

What is the warranty?

One year local UAE warranty, serviced here.

When will I get it?
