How this was estimated

Roaster-provided sensory data always takes priority. Where it's incomplete, we estimate the likely profile from the roast level, process, origin, altitude, variety and flavour notes on the bag.

Body leans on roast depth and process — darker roasts and natural or honey processing read heavier; washed coffees and high-grown beans read lighter.

Brightness works the other way: lighter roasts, washed processing and high altitude lift it, and origins like Ethiopia, Kenya and Yemen carry a natural lift of their own.

Sweetness follows process most closely, with a mid-range roast adding caramelisation, and caramel, honey, toffee or ripe-fruit notes adding more.

Where a roaster hasn't shared at least two of roast, process, altitude or tasting notes, we show no profile at all rather than guessing.

Brewing method, grinder and water still shape the final cup more than any of this.

Do you have Arabic, Turkish and decaf coffee?

Can I order from several roasters in one checkout?

How fast is delivery?

In the UAE, next business day across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the Emirates — free on every order, with no minimum. Ordering from outside the UAE? Shipping is calculated at checkout, and the delivery estimate for your country is shown before you pay.

How fresh are the beans, and how long should they rest?

Every bag on BeanBurds is roasted within the last two weeks by the roaster themselves and shipped from their roastery. Fresh does not mean straight off the roaster, though: most coffee tastes best from about a week after the roast date and stays at its best for four to six weeks. Espresso usually likes a few days more rest than filter. Keep the bag sealed, away from heat and light, and buy what you will drink in a month.
