Can one grinder do espresso and filter?
Yes, but switching convenience matters. Look for a wide adjustment range, good setting recall and low retention if you change methods often.
Are bigger burrs always better?
Not automatically. Burr design, alignment, motor and workflow matter too. Burr size becomes more important when speed and heat management are the priority.
What is the difference between a home and a commercial grinder?
