Be careful, this monster will sneak up on you! The Nuova Simonelli MDJ incorporates sound-dampening technology into a high-speed grinder with massive 75mm burrs. The result? Ultra-fast grinding without the racket. Noise pollution is a serene cafe's nemesis. Put it on silent.

Featuring two programmable dosing options and an easy-to-use stepless grind adjustment for endless fineness settings. Effortlessly adjust the coffee spout for just the right dispensing angle and watch the grinds fall into place as the integrated dispensing light brightens the way. With convenience like this, who says you can’t find good help these days?

Coffee Counter: Keep track of your day, or at least the number of shots dispensed with the MDJ's coffee counter. Reset the counter at your convenience to start anew.
Stepless Grind Settings: Easily find just the right grind with the stepless adjustment knob.
Free Your Hands: Rest your portafilter in the adjustable holder, allowing you to multitask as coffee dispenses.
Stealth Mode: Noise-dampening technology doesn't sacrifice speed in a high volume setting.
Dosing Options: Utilize the two programmable dosing options or the continuous mode.
LCD Display: Watch the animated coffee cup fill up as coffee is dispensed.
Stop Gate: Allows you to remove the hopper with beans still inside.
