The part that holds the ring burr, and the grind setting
In a Baratza conical grinder the outer ring burr sits in a plastic holder that also carries the adjustment ramps. If the holder cracks or a ramp wears, the grind setting drifts. This is the genuine replacement, without the burr, for the classic Encore and Virtuoso family.
- Fits the Encore (ZCG485 / ZCG484), Virtuoso+ (ZCG587) and select discontinued models, including the original Virtuoso, Preciso and Baratza Maestro and Maestro Plus
- Does not fit the Encore ESP or ESP Pro, which use a different holder (Baratza SP0102054 / SP0102053)
- Does not fit the Solis Maestro or Solis Maestro Plus
- Ships as the holder only; your existing ring burr transfers across
- Pad-printed grind numbers on the rim so the setting scale reads as new
