VA388 Black Eagle is the espresso machine for those who dedicate their lives to coffee; who study, research and experiment every day to transfer a real coffee experience to the cup. This is the espresso machine for the speciality barista.
Available in Gravitech configurations and coupled with T3 technology controlling every aspect of temperature stability, the result is maximum precision, control and accuracy regardless of the workload or environmental condition.
Gravitech gives users a higher level of consistency and control over the brewing process with maximum precision in the cup. Brew ratio is the relationship between the weight of ground coffee and the liquid in the cup. There is no ideal brew ratio as it varies for each coffee and depends on the baristas goal, but gravimetric technology in the Black Eagle means espresso can consistently be made with the same brew ratio.
Total control of brewing time and liquid weight in the cup.
Above the group head there is a display that allows baristas to monitor parameters such as brewing time and weight of the cup. This combined with Gravitech gives baristas the highest level of consistency and control over the coffee brewing process giving maximum precision.
Technology that ensures maximum temperature stability.
T3 technology allows the barista to set three independent temperatures for the brewing group, the water infusion, and the steam.
Giving control of the water supply’s thermal accuracy that results in temperature stability and ultimately in a perfect espresso.
All the espresso machine’s information displayed on a LED screen.
The VA388 “talks” to the barista and shares all the information provided by the T3 and gravimetric systems. The TFT display gives the barista all data in real time to offer the customer the best espresso. The display for each group shows the barista the temperatures of the steam boilers, the coffee and the group, the delivery time and the amount of liquid in the cup.
