Freshness & delivery
Every bag ships roasted within the last two weeks, with the roast date printed on it. Whatever grind you choose, it's ground to order right before dispatch.
Coffee is fulfilled by the roaster it comes from, so a mixed-roaster order may arrive in more than one parcel — each one just as fresh. Delivery is free once your order passes AED 300; under that, it's AED 14.99 per roaster in your bag, not per bag. Order before 12pm for next-business-day delivery across all seven emirates, or same-day in Dubai for AED 25.
Pay in 4 with tabby or tamara, or by card and Apple Pay — no fees, no surprises at checkout.
Returns & support
Coffee is sold for drinking, not for shelf life, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on beans in the normal course of business, and ground coffee can never be returned.
If a bag arrives defective or not as advertised, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return and refund. If the wrong item was sent, let us know within 48 hours and we'll put it right at no cost to you.

How fresh will my coffee be?
Every bag is roasted within two weeks of dispatch and carries its roast date. If yours arrives outside that window, we will refund you or send a fresh bag.
Which grind should I choose?
Pick the one that matches your brewer — espresso for pump machines, medium-fine for pour-over and batch brewers, coarse for a French press. Every grind is ground to order right before your coffee ships, so choose on brew method, not freshness. Buy whole beans if you own a grinder and prefer to grind per cup.
How does the subscription work?
Choose Subscribe and save, pick your frequency, and your coffee arrives automatically at a discount. Skip, pause or cancel any time from your account.
