Grind, dose and tamp, done by the machine
The Oracle Touch grinds straight into a professional 58 mm portafilter, doses 22 g and tamps it for you. The puck that comes out is the one a cafe barista would make, without the practice.

Pick a drink, and the milk textures itself
The touch screen runs the whole drink in three steps: grind, brew, milk. Auto MilQ textures the milk hands-free, adjustable from 40 to 75 degrees C across 9 levels of texture, and you can save up to 8 drinks under your own names.

Complete the setup
The grinder is built in and the milk is automatic, so the useful extras are the ones that keep two boilers healthy on UAE water and tidy up the workflow.
UAE tap water is hard. Sage's own in-tank filter, changed every three months, keeps scale out of both boilers.
