The Fiorenzato F83 E XGi Grinder is equipped with 83-mm flat burrs and can grind coffee by weight at a rate of 1350-1550 revolutions per minute.

Designed for baristas, this technologically advanced coffee grinder provides efficiency and ease of use with just the touch of a finger.

With XGi technology, the grinder is able to accurately dispense a set amount of coffee in grams, reducing waste and ensuring precise doses. Additionally, the innovative technology constantly recalculates the weight of the coffee, taking into account grinding adjustments, atmospheric conditions, and blade wear to consistently provide perfect cups of coffee.

Thanks to Red Speed technology, the XGi blades have a longer lifespan and can last up to four times longer than normal blades, making this grinder a top choice even under extreme operating conditions.
