MHW-3Bomber Knight Impact Tamper

Knight Impact Tamper: Precision Meets Innovation

Original 4-Spring Design for Perfect Tamp Every Time

The unique 4-spring internal structure optimizes tamping technique by delivering calibrated pressure, aligning the tamper vertically, and ensuring consistent tamping depth. This mechanical marvel simplifies the tamping process, making it repeatable and easy to master for baristas of all skill levels.

Constant-Force Tamping for Consistent Pressure

Delivering a fixed 30lb of tamping force with every press, the Knight Impact Tamper mimics the ideal tamping curve, ensuring uniform puck density and perfect extraction. Say goodbye to guesswork and hello to reliable, professional-quality shots with every use.

Ergonomic & Labor-Saving Design

Designed for comfort and efficiency, the tamper reduces fatigue with an ergonomic handle and effortless operation. An audible click signals completion, while the self-resetting mechanism prepares it for the next shot, allowing for quick, efficient tamping in high-volume environments.

Horizontal Guide for Perfect Alignment

The horizontal guide ring keeps the tamper perfectly vertical, ensuring a level coffee bed and minimizing uneven extraction. This ensures consistent flavor and optimal saturation with each shot, making every espresso more balanced and delicious.

Traditional tamping relies heavily on the barista's experience and technique, introducing multiple variables in the process. The Knight Impact Tamper deconstructs espresso extraction with mechanical logic-turning experience into science, variables into consistency. It transforms manual pressing into a standardized force output, ensuring even density, level, and depth of the coffee puck. This minimizes human error, delivering ideal flavor in every shot.

Original 4-Spring Desing

· Impact Spring – Provides tamping impact force

· Trigger Spring – Maintains consistent tamping pressure

· Horizontal Spring – Assists with vertical tamping alignment

· Reset Spring – Returns tampers to position post-tamp

Impact-Style Contant-Force Tamping Even & Stable

When the tamper reaches preset tamping depth, the springs instantly release stored energy, converting elastic potential into a precise, consistent impact force.

Eliminate Human Variance

The mechanical trigger standardizes pressure curves, eliminating force inconsistencies and improving extraction stability – ideal for beginners or high-volume café teams.

Treats show the Knight Impact Tamper results in more stable and slightly higher TDS and yield under identical extraction conditions.

Effortless Pressing Efficient & Labor – Saving

Auto-adjusts tamp depth with rebound and audible feedback. Simple to operate, effortless even during continuous brewing.

90° Vertical Tamping

The level ring ensures vertical pressing, preventing tilt and uneven tamping.
