Panini press, burger grill and searing station, then it opens flat
Panini, Burger and Steak are one-touch presets that preheat both plates to the right temperature. Each plate also has its own dial, so the top can run cooler than the bottom, and the whole grill opens flat into a 1500 square centimetre barbecue.
Plates in the dishwasher, waffles on Sunday
Both plates and the drip tray lift out and go on the top shelf of the dishwasher. Swap in Sage's Belgian waffle plates (sold separately) and the same base makes waffles at 180 C below and 210 C above.
