The range splits cleanly. The EK43 is the all-rounder: huge flat burrs, exceptional clarity, equally at home on filter, espresso and retail bagging. The E65S and Peak sit on the espresso bar, built for fast on-demand dosing through a rush. The X54 brings the same burr philosophy down to a home counter. Whichever you're looking at, it's built to be rebuilt — burrs, motors and parts are serviceable here rather than disposable, which is most of the reason these machines hold their value.
