Sixty-four millimetres of flat burr, timed to the tenth of a second
The William puts a 64 mm flat burr set, the size found in cafe grinders, into a body 14 cm wide. Lelit's LCC controller times each dose, so you press once and the right amount lands in the filterholder every time.
Stepless adjustment, and a controller that keeps count
Dialling in espresso means moving the grind by hairs, not clicks. The William's micrometric ring turns steplessly, finer clockwise and coarser anticlockwise, and the LCC records every dose you pull.
