Dice, not just chop: 8 mm and 16 mm cubes from a machine

Most food processors chop, slice and shred. The Paradice 16 also dices, through a dicing disc and grid driven by its own gearbox, in 8 mm or 16 mm cubes, and it peels potatoes with the attachment in the same kit. A 14 cm feed chute takes whole vegetables without cutting them down first.

Controls, capacity and care

Three buttons, a timer, and two cases so nothing goes missing

Power, Play/Pause and Pulse are the only controls, with an LCD timer that counts up or down. Every disc and blade has a slot in one of the two storage cases, and all the attachments except the dicing gearbox go in the dishwasher.

Who is the Paradice 16 for, and how much does it hold?

It is for the cook who prepares in volume: a 16-cup main bowl, a 14 cm feed chute that takes whole vegetables, and a dicing kit that turns an onion into even cubes in seconds. The mini bowl handles herbs, garlic and small sauces. If you only ever chop a few things, it is more machine than you need.

Does it run on UAE power?

Yes. The BFP838 is rated 220-230 V, 50 Hz, 900 W and ships with a UAE Type G plug. The induction motor has a thermal overload cut-out; if it stops mid-job, let it cool before restarting.

How do I clean it?

Every attachment except the dicing gearbox can go in the dishwasher: bowls, lids, blades, discs and the dicing grids. Clean the grids with the brush in the box to clear the cubes. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth and never submerge it.

What is the warranty, and who services it in the UAE?

Sage gives the Paradice 16 a 2-year limited guarantee on the whole machine and a 30-year limited guarantee on the motor, for domestic use. BeanBurds sells official Gulf-spec stock through BRG, Sage's authorised UAE distributor, so service and genuine parts, including replacement discs and bowls, are handled locally.

How fast is delivery in the UAE?

Delivery is free across the UAE. Orders placed before 12:00 noon ship the next day; later orders go out the day after. It arrives in one carton with the processor and both storage cases.
