Auto mode grinds, doses, tamps, extracts and textures the milk while you find your keys. Manual mode hands the same hardware back to you — your grind, your dose, your timing. Most machines make you choose between those two lives when you buy. This one does not.

Two boilers, so nothing waits for anything else
Separate stainless boilers for coffee and steam, plus a heated group, mean you extract and texture at the same time rather than one after the other. That is what turns four flat whites for guests from a twenty-minute job into a five-minute one.
The grinder is inside, and it is a real one
Baratza European precision burrs with 45 settings and Electronic Grind Adjust, feeding an Auto Puck System that doses and tamps to the same pressure every time. The usual weak point of an all-in-one machine is the grinder; here it is the part Sage spent the money on.

Where the Oracle Dual Boiler sits in the Sage range
The Oracle Dual Boiler is the top of the Sage range: two boilers, the built-in grinder and full automation with a manual mode underneath. Complete the setup
The Oracle grinds, doses, tamps and textures on its own, so the useful extras are the ones that keep it running well rather than the ones that fill a gap.
UAE tap water is hard. A filter is the difference between descaling twice a year and replacing a boiler.
