A 58 mm machine and a proper grinder in one body
Kate carries Lelit's LELIT58 commercial group and a 38 mm conical-burr grinder in the same brushed steel case, with the bean hopper kept outside the body so the beans never sit over the heat. One footprint on the counter, one plug in the wall.

Complete the setup
The grinder is already inside, so the short list is about the puck and the cleaning. Chosen for the Kate's 58 mm baskets specifically.
A heavier, flat 58 mm tamper for the LELIT58 baskets. The tamper in the box works; this one is the upgrade most Kate owners make first.
Breaks up clumps from the conical burrs before tamping, for a more even shot.
