Nucleus Paragon is an innovative coffee brewing accessory designed to enhance aroma and flavour through extract-chilling technology. Its patented design uses a specially engineered Chilling Rock to rapidly cool part of the coffee extract during brewing, helping retain more aroma compounds that would otherwise evaporate.

Developed in collaboration with Zurich University, the Paragon can capture and express up to 40% more key aroma volatile molecules compared with an identical brew without chilling. Its adjustable design is compatible with most drip coffee brewers, making it suitable for home brewers, cafés, and coffee professionals looking to explore new dimensions of flavour.
