Why Sibarist Tamper Palmy

PALMY

For baristas who press the palm of their hand on the upper part of the handle and their fingers between the edge of the piston and the filter holder. They apply force with the palm of their hand and use their fingers to level off with the filter holder.

Palmy Geometry

Slightly shorter handle and wide head. This allows the hand to rest and the tip of the fingers to reach the base. The piston is high to protrude from the filter holder and allows both edges to be touched.

Local ash wood

Tropical woods are not used, but rather common European woods which come from FSC and PEFC controlled and certified sources.
