166–1+Why the Espresso Single Group
- Slayer's patented needle valve restricts the water flow, so you can grind finer and shape the flavour.
- A PID-controlled 1.1 L brew tank sits apart from a 3.3 L steam tank, so brewing and steaming never compete.
- A commercial rotary vane pump and a grouphead rated at 1 million cycles, in 47 × 58 cm of counter.
Features
- Patented needle valve: Flavour profiles from grinding finer with a restricted water flow rate.
- Temperature stability: Heats up quickly, with consistent temperature at the group and strong steam capacity.
- Shot mirror: Watch your puck saturation with ease.
- Independent tanks: A PID-controlled 1.1 L, 600 W brew tank, separate from the steam tank.
- Rotary vane pump: Gets to pressure fast and can draw from an external reservoir.
- Removable drip tray: Collects waste water for setups without a drain.
- Brew group actuator: A 3-position actuator lets you shift between flow rates.
- Professional grouphead: Rated at 1 million cycles.
