Timemore - Fish Pro X Electric Pour Over Kettle 900ml - UK Socket

Introducing the TIMEMORE Fish Smart ProX electric kettle, a high-performance, technically advanced tool that will transform your home or professional filter coffee preparation into a controlled and elegant experience. Designed primarily for pour-over brewing, this kettle offers a capacity of 900 ml, an above-standard power output of 1,350 W, and cutting-edge temperature control technology with an accuracy of ±1 °C using the STRIX control unit.

The design is a well-thought-out tool: the ergonomic handle is designed to create a straight line between your arm and the kettle, ensuring a stable and controlled flow of water.  Special attention has also been paid to the spout — the slightly widened gooseneck tube allows the user to precisely control the flow of water, from slow pouring to a stronger flow depending on the degree of extraction. The handle is designed for maximum comfort. In addition, the kettle has an anti-scald lid with vent holes located on the edges, which minimizes the risk of burns from hot steam.

The material quality is also above standard – the body is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, combined with acrylic and ABS plastic elements. The controls are intuitive – use the touch slider or buttons to set the target temperature in the range of approximately 45–100 °C, and the LED display will show you the current and set values. The "Hold Function” maintains the set temperature in the range of approximately 45–98 °C when you are not using the kettle. If you want the water for your coffee to be at the right temperature and the flow to be under your control, this kettle is an investment in everyday comfort and consistent results. Your coffee preparation will gain the technical precision you would expect in a professional environment. This kettle combines performance, reliability, and aesthetics — the ideal choice for those who take filter coffee preparation seriously and want to achieve maximum results.
