The Virtuoso+ replaces the Encore's knob with a dial and a display. Turn it to set a grind time from 0.1 to 40 seconds, press it to grind, and the same dose lands in the bin every morning without you standing over it.

One grinder for the whole brew bar
The M2 burr set is the same 40 mm conical geometry Baratza fits to the Encore ESP, driven at a slow 550 rpm. Turn the hopper through 40 settings and it moves from a very fine 1 to a very coarse 40, with Baratza's own starting points for every method in between.

Complete the setup
Chosen for the Virtuoso+ specifically. A grinder that covers every method deserves at least two brewers on the counter, a scale to set the timer by, and the right brush for the burrs.
A 58 mm single boiler with PID for the espresso end of the Virtuoso+'s range; setting 8 is Baratza's starting point.
