Shape the shot on a heat exchanger
Pagaia is Lelit's patented electronic flow control, and the MaraX3 is the first heat-exchanger machine to carry it. The lever above the L58E group changes how fast water reaches the coffee while the shot is running, so you steer the extraction rather than simply start and stop it.

A heat exchanger that holds its temperature
The 1.8 L boiler carries an AISI316L stainless heat exchanger run by Lelit's patented double-probe system with thermosyphon circulation, which keeps brew water steady instead of drifting between shots. Two buttons on the front set the temperature and tell the machine whether coffee or steam matters more today.

Brushed stainless steel with smoked oak, or a textured black or white body with Zebrano wood. At 25.5 cm wide it takes less counter than anything else at this level in the Lelit range, and every part in it is stocked by the authorised UAE distributor.
