Who is the Smart Grinder Pro for?

A home that brews more than one way. With 60 settings from espresso to plunger, a timed dose and both a portafilter cradle and a grinds container, it covers an espresso machine in the morning and a filter or French press at the weekend. If you only ever pull espresso and want finer steps, a dedicated espresso grinder such as the Baratza Sette 30 is the sharper tool.

Is it fine enough for espresso?

Yes. Sage suggests setting 12 as a starting point for espresso and the lower settings run finer still. If you need more range at either end, the upper burr lifts out and can be moved a position finer or coarser, which shifts the whole 60-setting scale.

Will it work on UAE power?

Yes. BeanBurds sells the Gulf-spec SCG820 on 220-240 V with a UK-style Type G plug, so it plugs straight into a standard UAE socket with no adapter or transformer.

Which machines does it pair with?

Any machine without a built-in grinder. Two cradles are in the box, one for 50-54 mm portafilters such as the Bambino Plus and one for 58 mm, and the sealed grinds container covers pour-over, filter machines and plungers. It is the natural partner for the Bambino Plus.

What is the warranty, and who services it in the UAE?

Two years from the date of purchase. Sage is distributed in the UAE by BRG, the brand's authorised distributor, so warranty claims, service and genuine parts such as replacement burrs are handled locally.

How fast is delivery in the UAE?

Delivery is free and next-day across the UAE. Order before 12:00 noon and it ships the next day, in the original Sage packaging with both cradles, the grinds container and the cleaning brush.
